On January 30th, 2012, we lost a great friend and fellow musician. Al Willms lost his battle with cancer, but won the ultimate victory.

Al was one of the original Watchmen Four members: he sang with our group since it's inception in 2006 and retired from the Watchmen Four in the spring of 2010 due to health issues. We are so grateful that he graciously shared his considerable musical talents, his sense of humor and his dedication to serving the Lord with us and with our audiences. Now, Al, enjoy the fruits of your (musical) labor in the Lord.

"Death's chilly waters, I'll soon be crossing;
His hand will lead me, safe o'er.
I'll join the chorus in that great city,
And sing up there, for evermore."
